Founded by Miguel and Diana in March 2022, Coco's Bistro was built on a simple mission: to share the authentic recipes, traditions, and hospitality we grew up with. Every dish is prepared fresh to order using quality ingredients, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence—never shortcuts.
