1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if food preparation has not yet begun.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (941) 960-2895.
Once food preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the scheduled pickup time.
Orders that are not picked up are generally not eligible for refund, as all meals are prepared fresh to order.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that differs from what you purchased due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately.
Depending on the situation, we may:
• Replace the incorrect item.
• Provide store credit.
• Issue a partial or full refund when appropriate.
4. Food Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your meal.

5. Delivery Orders
Orders placed through Uber Eats or DoorDash are subject to the refund and customer service policies of those platforms.
For delivery-related issues, customers should contact the platform through which the order was placed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
